Why is my computer running slow?
A number of things can slow a computer down. Your hard drive may be near capacity and need replacing with a larger one. A new drive can be installed without losing any data, because everything is transferred from the old drive to the new one. Sometimes a general clean-up and tweak of system settings is all it takes. Call us for a quote.
Why is my computer suddenly doing strange things?
Your computer may have a virus. Do you have anti-virus software installed, and is it up to date? We remove viruses and supply anti-virus products to suit any user’s needs.
Why do my games keep freezing or stopping?
The game may need a more capable graphics card, or your computer may need more RAM. Call us to talk it through. We can look at your current setup and supply an updated graphics card or more RAM.
